` MINiTTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COUNCIL :, OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TUESDAY, APRIL 23, 2002 Present: President of Council O'Grady, Council Members Dailey, Gareau, Kasler, Limpert, McKay, Miller, Nashar Also Present: Mayor Musial, Law Director Dubelko, Finance Director/Acting Clerk of Council Copfer President of Council O'Grady called the special meeting to order at 6:50 p.m. in Council Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. L~G,~, ON Ordinance No. 2002-54 introducers by Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $1,37S,000, in amicipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving certain designated streets in the city, in cooperation with the Ohio Department of Transportation and otherwise, by grading, draining, widening, replacing sections of pavemern, preparing the surface, surfacing and resurfacing, constructing and reconstructing sections of the pavement base, curbs, gutters, catch basins, sidewalks and driveway approaches and installing traffic signs, signalization and signalization systems, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto. Ordinance No. 2002-55 introduced by Councilman McKay was given its second reading. An ordinance providing for the is~rance and sale of notes in a maximum aggregate principal amount of $290,000, in anticipation of the issuance of bonds, to pay costs of improving the municipal water distribution system by relining and otherwise improving waterlines, together with the necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto.
