Special Council Minutes of 2/16/2006 <br />® Ordinance No. 2006-36 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $360,000 to pay costs of acquiring and installing computers and <br />related equipment and software. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-37 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $330,000 to pay costs of acquiring motor vehicles and equipment for use in <br />carrying out functions of the Department of Public Service. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-38 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $255,000 for the purpose of improving the city's sanitary sewer system by <br />improving and equipping the Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Bradley, Broxbourne <br />and Le Bern pump stations. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-39 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $840,000 for the purpose of improving certain designated streets in the city, in <br />cooperation with the Ohio Department of Transportation and otherwise, by preparing the <br />surface, adjusting manholes and catch basins, surfacing and resurfacing and <br />reconstructing curb ramps, where necessary, in each case together with the necessary <br />appurtenances and work incidental thereto. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-40 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $240,000 to pay costs of acquiring motor vehicles and related <br />equipment for use in providing city services. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-41 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate principal <br />amount of $90,000 for the purpose of renovating, rehabilitating, equipping and otherwise <br />improving the city's Wastewater Treatment Plant facilities. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-42 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $80,000 for the purpose of renovating, rehabilitating and otherwise <br />improving the city's Fire Station One. <br />Ordinance No. 2006-43 introduced by Mayor O'Grady was given its second reading. An <br />ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in the maximum aggregate <br />principal amount of $60,000 to pay costs of acquiring aback-up generator for the Police <br />Station. <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />
