Hopefully, the weather will cooperate and the costs will not be as high as <br />predicted. <br />3) PERS is increasing. The employer's portion will be 13.7%, and the employees' <br />contribution will be 9%. Even though it is a small increase, it does have an impact on an <br />$18 million payroll. <br />Councilman Gareau inquired whether the city had policies and procedures with regard to <br />heatning and cooling buildings.
