<br />Council Minutes of 4/17/2007 <br />administrative motor pool was eleven years ago. Additionally, they did discuss the <br />purchase of a car at the beginning of the model year, such as Mr. Miller suggested, a <br />2008 in the fall. That would cost more and get us less car. This was the responsible <br />thing to do. Councilman Miller said the issue had been discussed enough, and he stands <br />by his comments. <br />MISCELLANEOUS~US~NE_SS <br />Councilman Miller made a motion to excuse the absence of Councilman Ryan. The <br />motion was seconded by Councilman Gareau and passed unanimously. <br />Councilman scheduled a Finance Committee meeting for 6:50 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, <br />to discuss Ordinance 2007-43. The Finance Director, Mayor and any directors involved <br />in the transfer ordinance are asked to attend. <br />Councilman Gareau scheduled a Building, Zoning & Development Committee meeting <br />for 7 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, to discuss the renovation to Discount Drug <br />Mart Plaza at Columbia and Lorain. The Planning Director is asked to attend. <br />Councilman Barker scheduled a Recreation, Public Parks & Buildings Committee <br />meeting for 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, to discuss Ordinance 2007-41 and <br />Resolution 2007-45. The Mayor, Safety Director and residents surrounding the area of <br />Fire Station No. 2 are invited to attend. Safety Director Terbrack will send out a letter to <br />the residents. <br />Councilman Miller scheduled an Environmental Control Committee meeting for 7:15 <br />p.m. on Tuesday, May 1, to discuss Ordinance 2007-38. A report from a representative <br />of the WWTP is requested at least three days in advance. <br />With the agenda being completed and there being no further business to come before <br />Council, President Kennedy adjourned the meeting at 9:27 p.m. <br />arbara L.
