<br />MINUTES 4F THE PUBLIC HEARING <br />NORTH OLMSTED CITY COUNCIL <br />JUNE 17, 2048 <br />Present: President of Council Kennedy, Council Members Barker, <br />Dailey Jones, Kearney, Mahoney, Orlowski, Ryan <br />Also Present: Mayor O'Grady, Clerk of Council Seman <br />President of Council Kennedy called the public hearing to order at 7:15 p.m. in Council <br />Chambers, 5200 Dover Center Road, North Olmsted, Ohio. <br />President Kennedy announced the public hearing was being held with regard to <br />Ordinance Nos. 2008-56 and 2008-72. <br />Ordinance No. 2008-56 is an ordinance amending Section 1139.01 of Chapter 1139 <br />(Business Districts) of the Planning and Zoning Code in order to regulate the placement <br />of charitable collection bin storage containers in the General Retail Business District of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Ordinance No. 2008-72 is an ordinance amending Section 1117.05 of the Zoning Cale in <br />order to more effectively comport with Fourth Amendment Constitutional requirements. <br />There were no comments on either ordinance. <br />President Kennedy adjourned the public hearing at 7:16 p.m. <br />t .~- ~ <br />~~~ <br />Barbara L.
