1980 LEGISLATION - PAGE SEVEN 80-99 An ordinance authorizing the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted to enter into an AGREEMENT WITH THE BOARD OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS WHEREIN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED IS TO SERVE AS LEAD AGENCY in an application for a GRANT TO ASSIST IN THE DESIGN OF TREATMENT WORKS IMPROVEMENTS RECOMMENDED IN THE FACILITY PLAN, and to perform other necessary matters for a Federal Grant under the provisions of the Clean Water Act amendments of 1977, in Conn ection with improvements and additons to the Wastewater Treatment and Sanitary Sewerage Facilities of Olmsted Township, as part of the area known as the North Olmsted Facility Plan. 80-100 A resolution authorizing RONALD A.
