k,~, <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80- 128 <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUT N ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES <br />ONLY THE CHURCH OF SAINT CLARENCE SUBDIVISION <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Church- of Saint Clarence Subdivision was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on October 14, 1980, and referred to <br />Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said Subdivision consists of the combining of two (2) <br />lots into one lot, namely, Permanent Parcel Numbers 233-9-4 and <br />233-9-5, and is located on the north side of Lorain Road in the area <br />of Barton Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as <br />being in conformance with the Resolutions and Ordinances of the <br />City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: This Council having been advised of the approval <br />of the Planning Commission of the Church of Saint Clarence Subdivision, <br />which. combines two (2) lots into one (1) lot, and also having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets with the requirements <br />of the Resolutions and Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this Resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded <br />according to law. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />full force rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED : ~~l~Gti / ~ , ~ 9 ~ <br />I ENT OF <br />C UNC <br />First reading: /0 .2 ~ <br />Second reading: S <br />Third eeading: <br />ATTEST: <br />(~ . <br />FL NCE C PBELL, C ERK CO NCIL <br />
