CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 80 - 121 I3Y : MR . BOEHME R AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TiIE TRAFFIC CONTORL T![AP AND FILE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO PROVIDE FOR A "NO PARKING DURING SCHOOL HOURS" SIGN ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF NANTUCKF,T DRIVE IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AS AMENDED. WHEREAS, the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted presently indicates that there shall be no narking and no standing on Nantucket Drive, and. WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to amend said Traffic Control Map and File to prohibit parking during school hours, and WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for the maintenance of the Traffic Contool Map, which said Map can be amended only by ordinance. NOW, T~}EREFORE, I3E IT ORDAINED I3Y THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: Section l: That the Police Department be and the same is hereby authorized and directed to amend the Traffic Control Map and File of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon the prohibition of parking during school hours on Nantucket Drive on the south side of the street, and to delete therefrom the prohibition of no parking or no standing on the south side of Nantucket Drive. Section 2: That the Mayor he and he is hereby authorized and directed to cause said "No Parking During School Hours" sign to be installed in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance.
