CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />•• ORDINANCE N0. 80-118 <br />PAGE 4. <br />(b) No electronic or mechanical device shall be permitted <br />that has as its object the skill of winning at the <br />playing of cards, dice, craps, or roulette. <br />751.0 8 TEMPORARY GAP-~E ROOMS . <br />Any non-profit corporation shall be permitted to operate <br />a temporary game room for five (5) days or less provided <br />that said corporation complies with the provisions of <br />this Chapter, and at the same time, pays a license fee <br />of Ten Dollars ($10.00) per electronic or mechanical <br />amusement device. <br />751.0.9 REVOCATION OF LICENSE-APPEAL. <br />The Director of Public Safety may suspend or revoke any <br />license issued pursuant to this Chapter for the direct <br />or indirect violation of any of the provisions hereof. <br />In the event that the Director of Public Safety. suspends <br />or revokes any license, the owner may within ten (10) <br />days appeal such suspension or revocation to the Mayor. <br />Lf the Mayor upholds said suspension or revocation, <br />the owner may appeal to a Board of Review within ten (10) <br />days from the Mayor's decision,ronsisting of one (1) <br />member of Council, the Director of the Department of <br />Human Resources, and the Director of Law. The decision <br />of the Board of Review shall be final. <br />751.99 PENALTY. <br />In addition to the revocation of license provisions in <br />Section 751.09 hereof, whoever violates any of the <br />provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor <br />of the third degree carrying a maximum penalty of sixty <br />(60) days imprisonment or a Five Hundred Dollars (.$500.00) <br />fine or both. <br />SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances <br />which are in conflict with the foregoin provisions, be and the same <br />are hereby repealed upon the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in <br />force rom an after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~; /9 <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, E K O COUNCIL D E I PER I ENT OF <br />COUN <br />PRO.
