CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 80- 117 BY: JAMES LOGAN AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM RETAIL BUSINESS, GENERAL TO CLASS B, SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT. WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below described real property is improper under the conditions presently existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land, an d WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission of this City, on the 9th day of September, 1980, recommended approval of the change of the district herein specified: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTF~ OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the Zone Map of North Olmsted, is hereby amended, and as amended be and the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following described parcels of land from Retail Business, General to Class B, Single Residence: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being:paxt of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 15, Tract No. 6 and bounded and described as follows: Beginning on the Westerly line o£ Park Ridge Drive at the Northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 1 in the Park. Ridge Homes Subdivision as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 185 of Maps, Page 17, of Cuyahoga County Records; Thence N. 5° 38' 07" E., measured along the Westerly line of Park Ridge Drive, a distance of 73.00 feet; Thence N. 84° 28' 14" W., a distance of 149.40 feet to the Easterly line of Block B in said Park Ridge Homes Subdivision; Thence S. 5° 31' 46" W., along the Easterly line of said Block B, a distance of 73.00 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Sublot No. l;
