CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 80- 117 <br />BY: <br />JAMES LOGAN <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF <br />THE ZONE MAP OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />WHICH ZONE MAP IS PART OF THE ZONING CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, BY CHANGING THE <br />PREMISES HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED FROM RETAIL <br />BUSINESS, GENERAL TO CLASS B, SINGLE RESIDENCE <br />DISTRICT. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the zoning that applies to the below <br />described real property is improper under the conditions presently <br />existing and inadequate for the development and use of this land, <br />an d <br />WHEREAS, after a careful consideration, the Planning Commission <br />of this City, on the 9th day of September, 1980, recommended approval <br />of the change of the district herein specified: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTF~ OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That after submission of this Ordinance to the <br />Planning Commission of this City for its opinion and recommendation, <br />and after a Public Hearing hereon, notice of which has been given <br />pursuant to Section 14 of Article IV of the Charter of this City, <br />entitled "The Council - Enactment of Zoning Ordinances and Regulations, <br />Notice", and after its passage pursuant to the Charter of this City <br />and its approval by the Mayor of this City of North Olmsted, the <br />Zone Map of North Olmsted, is hereby amended, and as amended be and <br />the same is hereby revised by changing the zoning of the following <br />described parcels of land from Retail Business, General to Class B, <br />Single Residence: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being:paxt <br />of Original Olmsted Township Lot No. 15, Tract No. 6 <br />and bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning on the Westerly line o£ Park Ridge Drive <br />at the Northeasterly corner of Sublot No. 1 in the <br />Park. Ridge Homes Subdivision as shown by the recorded <br />plat in Volume 185 of Maps, Page 17, of Cuyahoga County <br />Records; <br />Thence N. 5° 38' 07" E., measured along the Westerly <br />line of Park Ridge Drive, a distance of 73.00 feet; <br />Thence N. 84° 28' 14" W., a distance of 149.40 feet <br />to the Easterly line of Block B in said Park Ridge <br />Homes Subdivision; <br />Thence S. 5° 31' 46" W., along the Easterly line <br />of said Block B, a distance of 73.00 feet to the <br />Northwesterly corner of said Sublot No. l; <br />
