-~ CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO . 80 - 114 BY: JANET SARINGER AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT FROM G.G.F. INCORPORATED IN THE AREA OF THE INTERSECTION OF CLAGUE AND LORAIN ROADS LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has advised this Council that it is in the best interest of the City of North Olmsted to accept an easement with respect to widening the right-of-way in the area of Clague Road where the same intersects with Lorain Road. WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of North Olmsted and the G.G.F. Incorporated to have the City's rights in said right- of-way easement clearly specified and made a matter of record by recording a formal right-of-way .easement, and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City of North Olmsted to accept said right-of-way easement. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That this Council does hereby accept a right-of-way easemen~rom G.G.F. Incorporated for the purpose of maintaining and constructing an addition to the existing right-of-way in the vicinity of the intersection of Clague and Lorain Roads, which grant of right-of-way easement is more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made apart hereof as though fully rewritten herein. SECTION 2: That the Engineer of the City of North Olmsted is hereby irectec~to cause said right-of-way easement to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cuyahoga County.
