CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 80- 113 BY: JAMES LOGAN A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, THE VIENNA WOODS SUBDIVISION N0. 2, IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. WHEREAS, the Vienna Woods Subdivision No. 2 consists of twenty six (26) residential sublots proposed from Parcel Numbers 231-27-21, 231-30-1, and part of Parcel Number 231-27-3, located east of Walter Road and south of the Westmark Development Company Subdivision No. 1 (south off Lessner Road), and WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in conformance with the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the approval o t e Planning Commission on September 9, 1980, of the Vienna Woods Subdivision No. 2, which consists of twenty six (26) residential sublots proposed from Parcel Numbers 231-27-21, 231-30-1, and part of Parcel Number 231-27-3, which subdivision is located east of Walter Road and south of the Westmark Development Company Subdivision No. 1 (.south off Gessner Road), and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets with the requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this resolution the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded according to law.
