~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80-107 <br />BY: <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY, THE JAMESTOWN VILLAGE <br />SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED. <br />,...::~. <br />WHEREAS, the Jamestown Village Subdivision consists of the <br />combining of four parcels, namely, 237-18-6, 237-18-7, 237-18-8, <br />and 237-18-9, into one parcel, which parcel is located on the <br />Northeast corner of Columbia and Brookpark Roads, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with the resolutions and ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval oft e lanning Commission of the Jamestown Village <br />Subdivision which. consists of the combining of four parcels, <br />namely, 237-18-6, 237-18-7, 237-18-8, and 237-18-9, into one <br />parcel, and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it <br />meets with the requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording <br />purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be <br />recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: This resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from and. after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~/. /9pa <br />ATTEST: `~~ <br />i" i <br />F ORENCE E.
