~. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80-105 <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING <br />PURPOSES ONLY, THE ARTHUR A. ALLY <br />RESUBDIVISION N0. 2, IN THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED. <br />WHEREAS, the Arthur A. Ally Resubdivision No. 2 was approved <br />by the Planning Commission on September 8, 1980, and referred to <br />Council, and <br />WHEREAS, said subdivision consists of the combining of two <br />parcels, namely, 237-19-23 and 237-19-34, into one parcel, which <br />parcel is located on the North side of Mastic Road between Grace <br />Avenue and Columbia Road, and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with the resolutions and ordinances of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That this Council having been advised of the <br />approval o t e Planning Commission of the Arthur A. A11y Resubdivision <br />No. 2 which. consists of the combining of two parcels, namely, <br />237-19-23 and 237-19-34, into one parcel, and also having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets with the requirements of <br />the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby <br />approves said plat for recording purposes only. <br />SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this resolution <br />the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be <br />recorded according to law. <br />SECTION 3: This resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />from and a ter the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~ / p~ <br />ATTEST: <br />FL E CE E.
