CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED RESOLUTION N0. 80-104 a. _~_ ~~ A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORDING PURPOSES ONLY, THE ARTHUR A. ALLY RESUBDIVISION N0. 1, IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED. WHEREAS, the Arthur A. Ally Resubdivision No. 1 was approved by the Planning Commission on September 8, 1980, and referred to Council, and WHEREAS, said subdivision consists of the combining of three parcels, namely, Permanent Parcel Number 237-19-17, 237-19-32, and 237-19-33, into one parcel, which. parcel is located on the northeast corner of Columbia and Mastick Roads, and WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being in conformance with. the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH. OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: SECTION l: That this Council, having been advised of the approval o£~f~lanning Commission of the Arthur A. Ally Resubdivision No. 1 which consists of the combining of three parcels, namely, Permanent Parcel Numbers237-19-17, 237-19-32, and 237-19-33, into one parcel, and also having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets with the requirements of the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves said plat for recording purposes only. SECTION 2: That upon the effective date of this resolution the City Engineer is hereby directed to cause said plat to be recorded according to law.
