CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80 - 78 <br />BY: MR.S . - SARINGER <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR 2,000 TONS OF CINDERS AND <br />AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLM.STED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorize o-advertise for bids for 2,000 tons of cinders in <br />accordance with specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter <br />into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution shall take effect and be in <br />force from and meter the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ ~9~ <br />ATTEST: <br />6 . <br />F orence E.
