__ ~~_, <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 80 - 60 <br />BY: <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TRAFFIC CONTROL <br />MAP AND FILE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />TO PROVIDE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF <br />"NO PARKING" SIGNS ON BOTH SIDES OF FAWN <br />DRIVE BETWEEN COLUMBIA ROAD AND DAWN DRIVE <br />IN THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of this Council to prohibit <br />the parking of vehicles on both sides of Fawn Drive between <br />Columbia Road and Dawn Drive, and <br />WHEREAS, Chapter 305 of the Traffic Code provides for <br />the maintenance of a traffic control map which said map can be <br />amended only by ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Police Department be, and the same <br />is hereby aut o~ri`ze~c to direct and amend the traffic control map <br />and file of the City of North Olmsted to indicate thereon the <br />prohibition of parking of vehicles on both sides of Fawn Drive <br />between Columbia Road and Dawn Drive in the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he is hereby directed <br />to cause sai "No Parking" signs to be installed in accordance <br />with the provisions of this ordinance. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance shall take effect <br />from and a tamer -the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: G~- /~ /~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />,~~ ~ ~~~ <br />Florence Camp ell, Cle o Council <br />De ey Lampert, P esi ent <br />of Coun it <br />R E D: la.a,~..~. 1~.
