<br />C ^ <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE. <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />May 6, 1980 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />Ohio, as defined by Section 133.01 of the Revised Code, hereby certifies as <br />follows in connection with your proposed issue of notes in anticipation of <br />the issuance of bonds for the purpose of improving the recreational facilities <br />of the City by constructing a building housing an ice skating rink, swimming <br />pool, tennis .courts and appurtenant facilities, constructing a toboggan slide, <br />acquiring, developing and improving the site therefor, and providing furnishings <br />and equipment for such recreation center and grounds: <br />1. That the estimated life of the property described above <br />is hereby certified to be at least five years. <br />2. That the maximum maturity of bonds to be issued to pay <br />.the cost of such property, calculated in accordance <br />with Revised Code Section 133.032, is thirty-five years, <br />provided that if notes in anticipation of such bonds are <br />outstanding for a period in excess of five years from <br />the date of the original issue, the period thereof in <br />excess of five years shall be deducted from such maximum <br />- maturity of said bonds. <br />3. The maximum maturity of the renewal notes now proposed to <br />be issued in anticipation of such bonds is eight years <br />from the date of issuance of the original notes, to wit: <br />June 12, 1982, if sold publicly, or one year if sold at <br />private sale. <br />All of which is respectfully submitted. <br />Director of Finance <br />City of North Olmsted <br />
