r <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 80 - 45 <br />BY: MR. WILAMOSKY <br />~~. <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE OF <br />CITY OWNED VEHICLES BY EMPLOYEES <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, AS AMENDED. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That except for the b4ayor, Director of <br />Public Service and Director of Public Safety, all City owned <br />vehicles which are used by employees of the City in their <br />work function, shall remain on City property after the <br />employee's normal work day. No City employee, except as <br />hereinbefore specified, shall be permitted to drive said <br />vehicles to and from their home. <br />SECTION 2: That all City owned vehicles, except <br />vehicless assign~ce and used regularly by the Mayor and vehicles <br />used regularly by the Police Department as undercover vehicles, <br />shall have the assigned number of the vehicle conspicuously <br />placed and letters shall be no smaller than four inches and <br />placed on each side of said vehicle. Also, .the vehicle shall <br />have placed thereon, in a conspicuous place, the official seal <br />of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take effect an~i <br />be in force~rom and after the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
