<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 80-40 <br />PAGE 2. <br />(b) Notwithstanding other waiver fees contained herein, <br />any violator of Section 351.13 or 351.14 may sign a waiver and pay <br />for the first offense, Ten Dollars ($10.00), and for each subsequent <br />offense during the same winter season, not less than Fifteen Dollars <br />(.$15.00). <br />(c) Upon failure of a violator to appear and make such pleas <br />as aforesaid within a seventy-two (72) hour period, a warrant may <br />be issued for the arrest of the violator and, upon conviction of <br />the offense, such violator shall be subject to the penalty provided <br />in Section 303.99 of this Traffic Code and all provisions incorporated <br />herein." <br />SECTION 2: That Section 351.18 as previously adopted and any <br />other ordinance or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are <br />hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health., safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />casts have increased drastically and it is necessary to reflect <br />those increases in costs in the fine structure, and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of members elected <br />to Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon <br />its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: - ~, ~ <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE E.
