EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS At such time as the facility is not otherwise scheduled, prior to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, the rate for a City or Parochial School and North Olmsted Recreation Program shall be $30.00 to $65.00 Per Hour for the Hockey Rink; and $15.00 to $25.00 for the Studio Rink. LEARN TO SKATE 7 Lessons Per Session Residents-$21.00 Non-Residents-$25.00 SECTION 4: The basic fees for the use of the second floor facility for Gymnastics Program at the Recreation Center shall be as follows: Beginners Advanced Intermediate Teams I, II, III Open Workout with instruction Open Workout without instruction $4.00 - $6.00 Per Hour $6.00 - $8.00 Per Hour $4.00 - $6.00 Per Hour $15.00 - $18.00 Per ~V~eak $4.50 Per Hour $2.50 Per Hour SECTION 5: The basic fees for women's exercise and mini-tumblers shall be as ollows: Women's Rhythmic Exercise $2.00 Per Class Mini-Tumblers (9 week session) $30.00 SECTION 6: Resident Senior Citizens (65 Years and Over) will be ad- mitted to all a ult and public swimming and ice skating sessions for $ .50. Seniors receive twenty percent (20%) discount off swim pass price. SECTION 7: The Recreation Center Manager shall publish the fee sched- ule so esta~ed and post same in a conspicuous place in the Building Lobby. All fees so collected shall be deposited into a special fund set up for the Recreation Center and shall be exclusively devoted to the purpose of the Recreation Center. SECTION 8: The Recreation Center Manager shall, from time to time, review the fee schedule as set forth herein and recommend any changes which shall be deemed necessary along with the reasons therefore to the Parks and Recreation Commission of the City of North Olmsted. Upon approval of said changes, the Parks and Recreation Commission shall recommend said changes to the Council of the City of North Olmsted for approval. The Recreation Manager shall; however, have the discretion to adjust the fee schedule for special events and promotional purposes on a limited basis that are sponsored by the Recreation Center. The Recreation Center Manager shall also establish spec- tator admission charges, set prices on merchandise and other services. offered for sale. The Recreation Center Manager may pay to the sponsoring organiza- tions not more than fifty percent (500) of the spectator admission charges derived from their event. The Manager may charge the North Olmsted Hockey Club the current ice rate from varsity game receipts and fifty percent (500) of the balance. In the event the gate is less than the current ice rate, the North Olmsted Hockey Club will be billed the full current ice rate. The North Olmsted Hockey Club shall provide authorized security personnel for all Home Varsity Games at the North Olmsted Recreation Center. SECTION 9: New programs, rates and fees, as they are initiated by the Recreation Center Manager shall be established with approval of the Recreation Commission. SECTION 10: That Ordinance 79-110, adopted by the Council of the City of Nort Olmsted be and the same is hereby repealed, and any other ordinances or resolutions or parts or ordinances or resolutions in con- flict herewith, be and the same are hereby repealed.
