_m~_ . ~ ~.~. _ _,~~, <br />~, <br />FISCAL OFFICER'S CERTIFICATE <br />North Olmsted, Ohio <br />March 4, 1980 <br />TO THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, OHIO: <br />The undersigned, as fiscal officer of the City of North Olmsted, <br />hereby certifies as follows: <br />1. The estimated life of the Division of Fire equipment originally <br />paid for from the proceeds of the $175,000 notes issued on October 12, 1976, <br />is hereby certified to be at least five years. <br />2. The maximum maturity of the $105,000 bonds to be issued therefor, <br />calculated in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code Section <br />133.20, and the weighted average of the amounts expended for said several <br />classes of equipment, being in proportion to the amounts originally expended <br />for such equipment, is as follows: <br />a. $54,000 for purchasing afire pumper -- 10 years. <br />b. $51,000 for purchasing two ambulances - - 5 years. <br />c. The weighted average of the amounts expended for said <br />several classes is 7 years. <br />Should you authorize a single bond issue for all of said classes, <br />the maximum maturity of said bonds could not exceed such weighted <br />average of 7 years. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />~~_ <br />Director of Finance <br />
