~._ .,.~ <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80- ~5 <br />BY:~~. ~~ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />THE REPLACEMENT OF THE FLOOR COVERING IN <br />THE ICE RINK WARM-UP ROOM AND A PORTION OF <br />THE CONCESSION AREA, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Safety be and he is <br />hereby aut orized to advertise for bids for the replacement of the <br />floor covering in the ice rink warm-up room and a portion of <br />the concession area, in accordance with the specifications now on <br />file in his Office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health., safety and welfare, and for the further reason that <br />the present covering is badly worn and torn and presents a real <br />safety problem to patrons, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ ~~ ~Q~ <br />ATTEST: <br />FL~C~ CE CAMPBELL, CL K OF COUNCIL D W LIMPERT, PRESIDENT <br />OF COUNCIL <br /> <br />,n.~..~.-~a: <br />First reading: 02 a <br />Second reading: 3 ~ <br />Third reading: <br />
