<br />Section 2. That there be appropriated from the Sewer Debt Service

<br />Section 4. That there be appropriated from the Special Assessment

<br />Section 5. That there be appropriated from the Police Pension Transfer
<br />Fund the following:
<br />Police Pension Transfer Fund ....................$ 86,659
<br />Section 6. That there be appropriated from the Fire Pension Transfer
<br />Fund the following:
<br />Fire Pension Transfer Fund ......................$ 86,659
<br />Section 7. That the Clerk~of Council shall immediately forward an
<br />attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County.
<br />Section 8. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to draw his
<br />warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing appropriations
<br />upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, approved by the Board of
<br />Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an Ordinance or Resolution of Council
<br />to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants shall be drawn or paid for
<br />salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law
<br />or ordinance. Provided, further that the appropriations for contingencies can only be
<br />expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting
<br />a legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the
<br />other specific appropriations herein made.
<br />Section 9. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest
<br />date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of the Charter of the City of NORTH OLMSTED.
