CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80 - 23 <br />~_ ,~,o <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE <br />OF A 1980, ONE AND ONE-HALF TON STAKE <br />FOR THE NORTH OLMSTED WASTE WATER THE <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />OF PUBLIC <br />PURCHASE <br />BODY TRUCK <br />~TMENT PLANT, <br />FOR SAME, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, <br />COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION l: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for a 1980, one and one-half <br />ton stake body truck for the Waste Water Treatment Plant, in accordance <br />with the specifications now on file in his office, and that upon <br />approval by the Board of Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to <br />enter into a contract and execute the same on behalf of the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the <br />public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it <br />is necessary to properly repair and maintain the Waste Water Treatment <br />Plant, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />FLORENCE CAMPBELL, CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DEWEY LIMPERT, PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />APPROVED: <br />ROBERT W.
