,~~-., <br />~,., <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80 - 22 <br />BY: , <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR FIVE HUNDRED (500) TONS <br />OF STONE FOR VARIOUS SERVICE DEPART~NT NEEDS, <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to a vertise for bids for five hundred (500) tons of stone for <br />various Service Department needs according to the specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control the Mayor <br />is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute same on behalf of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is immediately <br />necessary to provide. for the City's stone requirements, and further provided <br />it receives the affirmative vote of two thirds of all members elected to <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ~~~.~ ~.c/ / fr~d <br />L ~~~ <br />FLORENCE E.
