r=, <br />,. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />APPROVED: ~~ ( ~ <br />RESOLUTION N0. 80 - 19 <br />ar: <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF <br />AN ASPHALT PAVING MACHINE FOR THE NORTH OLMSTED <br />SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO <br />CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is hereby <br />authorized to advertise for bids for the purchase of an asphalt paving <br />machine for the North Olmsted Service Department in accordance with speci- <br />fications now on file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of <br />Control, the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure imme lately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is necessary to carry <br />out the 1980 street repair program, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br />PASSED : ~ ,_c/ / 9 ~~ <br />~.~s-~L,rcc..
