CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80 - 18 <br />BY : ~l~ _ . ~~ ., <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE <br />TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE PURCHASE OF AN OFFICE <br />TRAILER FOR THE NORTH OLMSTED WASTE WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO CONTRACT FOR SAME, AND <br />DECLARING AN ~IERGENCY. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY <br />OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO. <br />SECTION 1: That the Director of Public Service be and he is <br />hereby authorized to advertise for bids for an office trailer for the <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant, in accordance with specifications now on <br />file in his office, and that upon approval by the Board of Control, <br />the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and execute <br />the same on behalf of the City of North Olmsted. <br />SECTION 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is necessary <br />to provide safe and healthful working conditions for the employees of the <br />Waste Water Treatment Plant, and further provided it receives the affirma- <br />tive vote of two thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: J~%at,~,~.,(~i / ~~ LI ~ <br />~,(~RENCE E.
