It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Employer) and the <br />Ohio Patrolmen's Benevolent Association (Union) that in frill resolution of the <br />negotiations between the Employer and Union for a success of collective bargaining <br />agreement (CBA) the following shall be implemented. <br />1. The lunch hour shall be reduced to a one-half (1/2) hour ~ulpaid 1>ruich period in <br />2010 and 2011. <br />2. Payment for holidays worked shall be in compensation time only, no cash in 2010 <br />and 2011. <br />3. There shall be no sell back of vacation time in 2010 and 2011. <br />4. Sicl< leave bonus shall be in time off only, no cash payment in 2010 and 2011. <br />5. There shall be no uniform allowances paid in 2010 and 2011. <br />6. There shall be no shift differential paid in 2010 and 2011 <br />7. There shall be no wage increases in 2009 and 2010. There shall be a reopener in <br />October, 2010 to negotiate 2011 wage rates and the unpaid lunch period. <br />8. All suspended payments or benefits as specified in the new CBA shall be restored <br />and in effect on January 1, 2012. <br />All other provisions of the CBA shall remain in full force and effect from 1/1/09 <br />through 12/31 / 11. <br />In witness whereof the parties hereto do hereby executed this Agreement this <br />day of December, 2009. <br />FOR THE UNION: <br />Contracts/Dispatch/TENTATIVE AGREEMENT <br />FOR THE EMPLOYER: <br />
