<br /> <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2009-143 <br />BY: Mayor O'Grady <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE RANGE OF COMPENSATION RATES AND SALARY RANGES FOR <br />ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL SO AS TO CHANGE THE SALARY RANGES AND TITLES <br />FOR THE ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF LAW; ELIMINATE THE POSITIONS OF CUSTODIAL SUPERVISOR <br />UNDER SPRINGVALE, SCHOOL GUARDS AND OFF-DUTY ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE UNDER POLICE; <br />AND TO OTHERWISE STATE THE COMPENSATION RATE RANGES REFLECTING NO INCREASE FROM <br />2009 FOR SAID VARIOUS ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEGISLATIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE YEAR 2010, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, as a result of changes in the Law Department as described in Ordinance 2010-141, and fo <br />bring the departmental and/or divisional structure in line with occurrences throughout 2009, and to <br />establish specific benefits for Building Inspectors, it is the desire of this Counci/ to change the pay ranges <br />in Section 2, 8, 13 and 15 of the Salary Range Ordinance, which are presently stated as follows: <br />Section 2: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for employees of the Department of Law. <br />The salaries in this Section shall be determined by the Director of Law as appropriate. <br />FROM TO pay <br />2009 Type <br />A.
