..... >. w ........ ...... .....~ .. ., ._ ...... <br />MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Employer) and the <br />Fraternal Order of Police Ohio Labor Council (FOP) that in full resolution of all outstanding <br />issues between the Employer and FOP for a successor collective bargaining agreement (CBA) <br />the following shall be implemented. <br />1. All suspended payments or benefits as specified in the new CBA shall be restored and <br />in effect on January 1, 2012. <br />2. Hours worked on the "Stop" program shall be compensated at the straight time rate <br />on the week of a furlough, up to the number of furlough hours. <br />3.
