MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />It is hereby agreed by and between the City of North Olmsted (Employer) and the <br />Fraternal Order of Police Ohio Labor Council (FOP) that in full resolution of all <br />outstanding issued between the Employer and FOP for a successor collective bargaining <br />agreement (CBA) the following shall be implemented. <br />1. All suspended payments or benefits as specified in the new CBA shall be <br />restored and in effect on January 1, 2012. <br />2. The vacation sell back limit of one (1) week per employee shall expire and be <br />of no effect on January 1, 2012 for the Union (FOP). <br />FOR THE F P.
