<br />SECTION 2: That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward an attested copy of the Ordinance to the Auditor of
<br />Cuyahoga County.
<br />SECTION 3: That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to draw her warrants on the City Treasury for payment from
<br />any of the foregoing appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefore, approve by the Board of Officers
<br />authorized by law to approve same, or an ordinance or resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that no warrants
<br />shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance.
<br />Provided further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of two-thirds vote of Council and
<br />for purposes other than those covered by the specific appropriations herein made.
<br />SECTION 4: That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12, of
<br />the Charter of the City of North Olmsted.
