,.~, ,~.. Resolution No. 2009-30 Building Standards for structures larger than three family and any related accessory structures. A copy of the said Statement of Qualifications and a sample Personal Services Agreement are attached to this Ordinance, respectively, as Exhibits A and B. SECTION 2: That the Mayor be and he hereby is authorized, upon approval of the Board of Control, to enter into an agreement or agreements with the firm selected in the RFQ process. Said agreement shall be in the form of the Agreement attached to this Ordinance as Exhibit B, with such additional modifications and changes in form or in substance that are not substantially adverse to the City and which are approved by the Director of Law. The character of any such changes as not being substantially adverse to the City shall be evidenced conclusively by the execution of the agreement by the Mayor and the approval of the agreement by the Director of Law. SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that it is necessary that this legislation go into effect immediately so advertising for notice of proposal can take place upon approval and the Mayor's signatures, and further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of at least two-thirds of the members of this Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. t PASSED: `- ~'1~-<-~~. ~~ ~ G~ y First Reading: _y,~ .~ G Second Reading: .~ / Third Reading: ~/ Committee: ~ . .
