,:~,. <br />Resolution No. 2009-26 <br />SECTION 2: That copies of this Resolution shall be forwarded to President Obama, <br />our representatives in the U.S. House and Senate, to Governor Ted Strickland, our <br />representatives in the Ohio House and Senate and to our County Commissioners. <br />SECTION 3: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare, and further <br />for the reason that it is necessary that this Resolution go into effect immediately to show timely <br />support for the Act which has been introduced in Congress, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds o~ all members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon, its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />~~ <br />PASSED: :'" `(,~L~-~~ ,J , ~~~' <br />ATTES,T~ '~ <br />r ~, ~y". <br />,~' <br />ARA L.
