DEDICATED PARCEL GREAT NORTHERN PROPERTIES, INC. <br />TO CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga County, and State of Ohio and <br />known as being part of the Original Lot 29,Tract No. 6 Olmsted Township, and is further <br />bounded and described as follows: <br />Beginning on the southeasterly line of Interstate Route 480 at the northwest corner of land <br />conveyed to The Evangelical Friends Church who claims title by instrument recorded in Volume <br />12994 Page 9875 of the Cuyahoga County Records, said point being on the southerly line of Lot <br />No. 29 and being referenced by an iron pin "Kinzy" found 0.69 feet West, 0.50 feet South; <br />COURSE I Thence N.9033'23"E., along said southeasterly line of I-480, 50.53 feet to an <br />angle point; <br />COURSE II Thence N.1°07'48"E., continuing along said southeasterly line of I-480; <br />170.00 feet to an iron pin set; <br />COURSE III Thence N. 25°12'06"E., continuing along said southerly line of I-480, 7.54 <br />feet to an iron pin set; <br />COURSE IV Thence 5.88025'59"E., perpendicular to the easterly line of Lot 29, which line <br />is also the westerly line of land conveyed to the Greater Cleveland Regional <br />Transit Authority, who claims title by instrument recorded in Volume <br />20000211 Page 635 of the Cuyahoga County Records, 106.72 feet to an iron <br />pin set; <br />COURSE V Thence S.1034'01"W., parallel with said easterly line of Lot 29 and distant <br />10.00 feet by normal measure therefrom, 226.23 feet to an iron pin set; <br />COURSE VI Thence N.88°47' 11 "W., 115.47 feet to the point of beginning and containing <br />about 0.569 of an acre of land (24,794 square feet) as surveyed and described <br />in November, 2001 by James S. Davenport, Ohio Professional Surveyor <br />#7749 of Richard L.
