STURGEON <br />TO THE <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED FOR PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY <br />PURPOSES <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known <br />As being part of original Dover Township Lot No. 20, and described as follows: <br />Starting at the monument box located in the Lorain and Clague Road intersection, South <br />53° 10' 45" West, 0.61 feet to a point on the centerline of Lorain Road (80 feet wide); <br />Thence South 31° 58' 00" East, 32.83 feet to a point; <br />Thence South 21° 53' 00" East, 361.68 feet to a monument box located in Clague Road <br />(60 feet wide); <br />Thence North 88° 58' 24" East, 41.25 feet to the current northwest corner of Permanent <br />Parcel 237-11-60, being the current easterly right-of-way line for Clague Road and also <br />being the principal place of beginning; <br />Thence North 88° 58' 24" East, 7.05, feet along the north property line of Permanent <br />Parce1237-11-60 to a point on the north property line of Permanent Parce1237-11-60 <br />being the new northwesterly corner of Permanent Parce1237-11-60; <br />Thence southeasterly 42.87 feet along an arc deflecting to the left whose chord is 42.85 <br />feet bearing South 40° 50' 50" East to a point on the new easterly right-of-way line of <br />Clague Road being also the new westerly property line of Permanent Parce1237-11-60; <br />Thence South 38° 58' 50" East, 26.66 feet to a point on the west property line of <br />Permanent Parce1237-11-60 being also the easterly right-of-way line of Clague Road; <br />Thence North 44° 21' 42" West, 74.14 feet along the current easterly right-of-way line of <br />Clague Road being also the current westerly property line of Permanent Parce1237-11-60 <br />to the principal place of beginning, property acquisition containing 189.878 square feet <br />more or less but subject to all legal highways and easements of record.
