Webster has over twenty-five (25) years of experience <br />SUMMARY: in the operation and design of water and wastewater treatment facilities. <br />His areas of special expertise include odor and corrosion control in <br />wastewater collection and treatment systems and the design of biosolids <br />processing facilities. Mr. Webster has also performed extensive testing <br />and analyses projects for odor, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia and volatile <br />organic compound emissions. He has prepared air pollution permits for <br />control of these compounds and has designed and started up scrubbers at <br />various locations in the U.S. As a consulting engineer, called in on <br />specialty cases and in situations requiring troubleshooting skills, Mr. <br />Webster has management and technical responsibility for many key <br />projects. <br />?
