WHEREAS, the llistrict Advisory Council of the Curyahoga County, Ohio, General IIealth District, at a meetiiig held A2arcli 12, 2001, by a majority vote of inembers representing lhe townships and villages did vote affirmatively on the question of providing public health services to the City of Norlli Olrnsted, Ohio, and did auttlorize the Chairnian of the District Advisory Council to enter into a contract with the Mayor of Nortlt Olmsted, Ohio, ror providing Public health services therein; and _ WHERLAS, the CoLuicil of lhe City of Nortli Olinsted, al a Council meeting held by majority voteoCall members (lici voteaffirmatively on thequestion of contracting wilh the District Advisory Council of tl-ie Cuyalioga County General Health Dislrict for providing public health services to the City of Nortlt Olrnsted and did aulhorize the Mayor to enter into a contract with the Chairrnail of the District ndvisory Couricil of the Cuyahoga County General Health District to provide public health services. NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to such lulhol-ity, Randall AWestfall on behalf of the District Advisory Council of the Cuyahoga County General IIealth District aiid Mayor Norman T. Musial on behalf of the City of Nortlj Olmste(i do agree as follows: The General FIealth District of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, hereby agrees lo provide health services for the City of North Olmsted for the year 2002. 'These health services will be provided by the District Board of Health of Cuyahoga County and will iuclucie all necessary medical, nursing, sanitary, laboratory and such other healtli services a5 are required by the Statutes of the State of Ohio. Air pollution enforcement services, as describecl in Chapter 3704 oi' tile Ohio Revised Code, wiil be conducted tlll-ough the designated aoent, the Cleveland Division of Air Pollution ControL "I'his authorization is contingent upon renewal of the conh-act between the Ohio EPA and the Ciry of Cleveland and satisfactory peilformance of lhe contract teriiis and conditions regarding air pollution control in Cuyahoga County. 'I'he Board of t-Tealth reserves the right to alter, inodify or ainend this contract provision witli notice to the City. The City of Nortli Olmsted hereby agrees, in return for the health services wiiich wi11 be provided by the District Board of Health of Cuyahoba County for the year 2002, to pay to the Cuyahoga County General Health District the su111 of One Hundred Thousand Six Hundred 'I'hirty- three Dollars ($100,633.00). I'his suiii of' One FIundred Thousand Six Hundred Thirly-lhree Dollars ($100,633.00) the City of North Olmsted hereby directs the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to place to the credit of the I)istrict HealTh Fund of Cuyahoga County, and the /luditor of Cuyahoga County is hereby authorized to deduct saici sum oi'One I1i1ndred Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-three Dollars ($100,633.00) in equal senm-annuzl instilllments of Pifty Thousand Three Hundreci Sixteen Dollars and Fifty Cents ($50,316.50) i'roni the regular tax settlement to be made for said city for the year 2002.
