Employees wifihin this job classification shafi be responsib(e for fhe generai supstvision for fhe work <br />assigned fia employees within the classification of Buiicfing Maintenance; and the review of fhe work for <br />adequacy of results, including but no# (imifed to physicai appaarance, cleanfiness of buiidings and the <br />mechanical operafions of the buiIdings. <br />Employees within fhe job c?assificafion of Senior Building Maintenance will be given defailed assistance <br />by the Division Foreman on complex work assignments as required. <br />Employees within the job classification of Senior Building Maintenaryce shali perform routine work with <br />self inifiafiiue, and independent of close supervision. <br />Work performed by employees within fhe job classification of Senior Building Maintenance will be <br />reviewed for proper performance and adequacy af resulfs. <br />Employees wifhin the job classification Senior Building Maintenance, shall perform other dufies as <br />assigned, within the general characfer and scope of the job dufies described above. <br />Employees shail be required to maintain a valid commercial drivers license at a(I times <br />49
