EXHtBET B-14 <br />J0B CLASSiFIC,4TiC7N LIFT STATION <br />ATTEND;4NT <br />RESPONS[BLE TQ SANfTARY SEWER SUPERVtSOR <br />NATEIRE OF VllORK: <br />This is a responsibfe semi-skilled mechanical and rrjanual labor work which is physicalfy demanding <br />in nature. <br />Work involves mainfenance of overflows, meter chambers, pumping stafions, and ejector stations as <br />directed by the Systems Foreman, Assistant Superintendent-Systems, ar Superintendent. <br />EXAMPLES OF lnlORK: <br />• Responsible for fihe proper operafion and mainfenance of wasfiewater pumping stations and ejector <br />stafions. <br />` As required, painfing of pumping and ejecfor stations, inside and out; painting af ineter boxes and meter <br />poles; and any other painfing to related structures as assigned. <br />o Operates a variety of standard canstruction and maintenance equipmenr; such as, compressors, air <br />blowers, poriable generators, drills, and other machines as required and as a necessary acijunct to <br />normal duties. <br />• As required, keeps records of all work performed; reports need for material and equipment where and <br />when neadvd. " <br />• As required, cieaning; such as, washing walls and windows in pumping stations or where assigned. <br />• P,ssESts Systems Foreman in repairs to meter chambers, overflows, pumping staiions, and ejector <br />stations as requirsd. . <br />• Work can be characterized by assignment to rotating shifts where needed or as ordered by the <br />Superinfendent. <br />?
