Secfion 2. A fuil-time employee shall be granted a five (5) day leave of absence with <br />pay, in the evenf of the death of an immediate family member who resides outside the State of <br />Ohia <br />Secfion 3. Immediate family shall include: spouse, children, father, mother, brother, <br />sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, <br />son-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandparents, and grandchildren, <br />Section 4. In the event of a death of any other relative not fisted above, an empioyee <br />shall use his accumulated sick leave. Pursuant to Article 16, Secfion 3; one such absence per <br />year shall not affect eligibi(ity for bonus days. <br />ARTICLE 34- DURATION <br />Section 1. This Agreement shall become effective on the 1st day of Ju[y, 2001 and shali <br />continue in fufl force and effect untii midnight on June 30, 2404, and fihereafter from year fio <br />year uniess at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to said expiration date, or any <br />anniversary thereof, either party gives fimely written notice of an intention to reopen <br />negotiations, an initial conference will be arranged within fourteen (14) days after receipt of <br />such notice, but not ear(ier than March 16th preceding expiration of this Agreement. <br />33
