HEAD C,4SHfER <br />Effective July 1,2001 through June 30, 2002 the foilowing base rate of pay shaif be paid <br />providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having compieted four (4) years of service <br />Employee having completed three (3) years of service $13.01 per hour <br /> <br />Employee having compieted two <br />(2) years of service $11.98 per hour <br />$11.45 per hour <br />Employee having compteted one <br />Employee having starting Zero (1) years of service <br />(0) year of service $10.96 per hour <br /> $10.51 per hour <br />Effective July 1,2002 through June 30, 2003 the following base rate of pay shali <br />be paid providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed four <br />Employee having completed three <br />Employee having completed two <br />Employee having completed one <br />Employee having starting Zero <br />(4) years of service <br />(3) years of service <br />(Z) years of service <br />(1) years of service <br />(0) year of service <br />$13.40 per hour <br />$12.34 per hour <br />$11.79 per hour <br />$11.29 per hour <br />$10.83 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004 the following base rate of pay shall <br />be paid providing fihe year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having compieted four (4) years of service <br />Employee having compieted three (3) years of service $13.80 per haur <br /> <br />Employee having compieted two (2) years of service $12.71 per hour <br />$12.14 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) years of service <br />Employee having starting Zero (0) year of service $11.63 per hour <br />. $11.15 per hour <br />Employees that have been promoted to the classification of Head Cashier, <br />shall be eligible ta move to the next higher pay rate step after completing one (1) <br />continuous year of service within this classificafion. <br />Appendix A -2 <br />37
