POLICE DEPARTMENT SECRETARY I <br />Effective July 1,2001 through June 30, 2002 the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />providing #he year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed four (4) years of service $16.38 per hour- Div, Head <br />Secretary <br />Employee having compieted fhree (3) years of service $45.60per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) years of service $14.92 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) years of service $14.29 per hour <br />Employee starfing Zero (Q) year of service $13.67 per hour <br />Effective July 1,2002 through June 30, 2003 the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />providing the year(s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed four (4) years of service $16.87 per hour-Div. <br />Head Secretary <br />Employee having completed three (3) years of service $16.07 per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) years of service $15.37 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) years of service $14.72 per hour <br />Employee starfing Zero (0) year of service $14.08 per hour <br />Effecfive July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004 fhe following base rate of pay shail be paid <br />providing the year(s) full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having compieted four (4) years of service $17.38 per hour• Div <br />Head Secretary <br />Employee having completed three (3) years of service $16.55 per hous- <br />Employee having completed two (2) years of service $15.83 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) years of service $15.16 per hour <br />Employee starfing Zero (0) year of service $14.50 per hour <br />Emp(oyees that have been promoted to the classification of Secretary f, shall be <br />eligible to move to the next higher pay rafe step after completing one (1) continuous year <br />of service within this classifiication. Effective Juiy 1, 2001, employees wEll be placed in <br />fhe apprapriate step according to eompleted years of service. <br />Chery( Sears as acurrenfi Secretary 1 mainfains the abiiity ta advance to <br />Qivision Head Secretary rate of pay.
