RECREATION DEPARTMENT <br />MAINTENANCE <br />Effective July 1,2001 fhrough June 30, 2002, the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />regular full-time employee's with this classificafion. <br />START <br />90 DAYS <br />12 MONTH <br />$14.70 per hour <br />$15.61 per hour <br />$16.51 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003 the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />regular full-time employee's with this classification. <br />START <br />90 DAYS <br />12 MONTH <br />$ 15.14 per hour <br />$ 16.08 per hour <br />$ 17.01 per hour <br />Effective July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004, the following base rate of pay shall be paid <br />regular full-time empfoyee's with this classification. <br />START <br />90 DAYS <br />12 MONTH <br />$ 15.59 per hour $ 16.56 per hour $ 17.52 per hour <br />All Recreation Department Maintenance employees shali receive a boot allowance in the <br />amount listed below each year of this agreement: <br />2001 $275 <br />2002 $300 <br />2003 $325 <br />The aforementioned boot allowance amounts shall be paid during the first pay period after <br />July 1st each year of this agreement. The aflowance for 2001 shall be paid during the first pay <br />period following fihe execufion of this agreement. <br />Recreation Deparfimenf Mainfenance Employees who maintain a Cfass A CDL vvil( be <br />paid an additionai thirty-five (35) cents per hour for all hours worked. <br />46
