C. Campiefion of trade school training accepfable to the employer in related fieid of the trade <br />minimum two (2) years schooi training - one (1) year credit; <br />D. Acfively engaged in and working at related trade, empioyer may grant one (1) year service <br />credit for every three (3) years actively working at the related frade - maximum three (3) years <br />credif; <br />E. The above service credits may be combined, but in any event no credit shali be granted in <br />excess of four years; <br />F. Employees within fhis classification without first certificafion or (icense shall be paid at a base <br />rate of one thousand ($1,000.00) per year less than the base rafe of pay listed within the <br />above wage schedule, (Trainee ficenses are nof considered to be a first license or <br />certificafion). <br />INSPECTOR INCENTIVE PROGRAM <br />To qualify: Licenses and Certification should be issued by the State of Ohio: <br />SECQND LICENSE: $600.00 ANNUALLY, PAID QUARTERLY -$150.00 Per Quarter <br />THIRD LICENSE: $600.00 ANNUALLY, PAID QUARTERLY -$150.00 Per Quarter <br />Employees that have been promoted #o the classification of Building Division <br />Inspector/HVAC Inspector, shall be eligible to more to the next higher pay rate step after <br />complefing one (1) continuous year of service within this ciassification. <br />A[1 Building Department Inspectors shall receive a boot aliowance in fhe amount listed <br />below each year pf this agreement. <br />2001 $275 <br />2002 $300 <br />2003 $325 <br />The aforementioned boot allawance amounts shall be paid during the first pay period <br />after July 1st each year of this agreemenf.
