LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />The Collecfive Bargaining Agreement between the Cify of North Oimsted (City) and <br />Local 2681, Ohio Council 8, AFSCME (Union) is suppiemented by the foliowing: <br />wr,rago?-' W? <br />The parties agree an employee,,at'Springvale Golf Course who works oniy 32 hours but <br />less than 40 hours per week is considered a regular part-time employee and a member of the <br />bargaining unit. <br />The parties also agree to define seasonal for Springvale Golf Course only to be 20 <br />weeks between April 15, and October 15 each year. <br />Employees who work less than 32 hours a week are excluded from the bargaining unit. <br />This agreement does not limit the Union from organizing the employees at Springvale <br />Golf Course if they so desire, <br />ij <br />In witness whereof, the parties have hereunto set their hands this <br />day, -'42001 <br />For the City <br />? • : rl? ??"r ? ,/'?41< C-1l ?.?'' <br />-? <br />J <br />78 <br />For the Union
