ELBOWS, L,EFT SIDE OUTL,ETS The one (1) dischaige outlet, located on the left side pump panel, shall be furnished with a 2.50"(F) National Standard hose thread x 3.078 X 8 Cleveland standard, chroine plated, 45 dearee elbow. The 1.50" discharae outlets, located on the left side pump panei, shall ilot require 45 degree elbows. ELBOWS, RIGHT SIDE OITTLETS The 2.50" discharge outlets, located on the right side pump paneL shall be furnished urith a 2.50"(F) National Standard hase thread a 3.078 X 8 Cleveland standard, clu-oine plated, 45 &2ree elbow. REAR OUTLETS The 2.50" discharcye outlets, located at the rear of the apparatus, shall be fuinished with a ?.50"(F) National Standard hose thread x 2.50" 3.078 X 8 Cleveland standard, chrome plated, 30 dearee elbow. EI,SONV. 3.50" OU'I'LE,T Ti1e 3.50" outlet shall be furnished with a 3.50"(F) Natioilal Standard hose t1u-ead x 5.00" Storz elbow adapter with Storz cap. DISCHARGE OUTLET CQNTROLS The disehar2e outlets sha11 incoiporate a quarter-tui71 ball valve with the control located at the pump operator's pane?. The valve operating mechailism shall indicate the position of the valve or an indicator shalI be provided to show when the vaive is closed. DELUGE RISER - A 3.00" deluge riser shall be installed above the pump in such a manner that a monitor can be mounted and used effectively. Piping shall be installed securely so no movement develops when the line is charged. The riser shall be gated and controlled at the pump operator's panel. The outlet shall include an Akron valve with a handwheel control. :VIONITOR Ai1 Akron Model 342 3) moilitor shall be properly installed on the deluQe riser. The monitor shall include shaper tube, Akrarl Model 3488 (aluminum) and Al-cron Tips Model 489 (aluminum), 2 1i2" treads, bores 2' and 1 3/4".
