Page 4 of 4 <br />(f) The Engireer or his representative shall be available to answer questions <br />regarding plans intent during bidding and constr-uction. <br />You rnay submit the price proposal in the format you deem most appropriate; however, <br />the City prefers the proposal to include an amount not to exceed a specific dollar amount <br />for the design of the facility and a specific dollar amount for easement properties. You <br />rnust also subxnit a Direct Labor Hour Estimate using a table prepared following a format <br />similar to the format presented in the two enclosures. You may also include any standard <br />terms and conditions of your proposals, rates for supplementary services, and any clari- <br />fications or q_ualifications to tne requesterl proposal, which you deem appropriate. It is the <br />intent of the City to advertise for construction as soon as the design is completed. <br />Therefore, tiie proposal must include a tentative schedule oi the consultant's activities to <br />complete the professional services. <br />Plans showing existing utilities in the area are available for your review. <br />Please submit two (2) copies of the proposal iZOt later than April 16, 2001 and direct your <br />proposal to my attention for acceptance by the Mayor.
