B. The Building Commissioner shall also be in charge of the Inspection Personnel, which <br />sha11 consist of: one (1) Assistant Building Commissioner, four (4) full-time Building Inspectors, <br />one (1) full-time Zoning Inspector, one part-time Building Inspector, one (1) Electrical Inspector, <br />one (1) Plumbing Inspector, and one (1) Property Maintenance Inspector. <br />C. The Building Commissioner shall also be in charge of the General Clerical staff <br />consisting of one (1) Secretary I to the Commissioner, two (2) clerical warkers designated by <br />ordinance as Secretary II's, one (1) part-time clerical position, and one (1) CBE student position. <br />SECTION 2: That all Ordinances or resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions that <br />are in conflict or inconsistent with this Ordinance are, to the extent of such conflict or <br />inconsistency, hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to place these positions in the service of the <br />Building Division in order to protect the North Olmsted community against unsafe buildings, and <br />further provided that it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />PASSED <br />V <br />ATTEST: <br />.
